I see so many business owners saying things like “…. oh it’s so hard to find new customers, and when I do, they’re all tyre kickers, and time wasters and have no money anyway…”
\nAnd I’m usually like; no you’re the tyre kicker, you’re the time waster.<\/p>\n
… Get yourself together and commit 100% of your time, into finding your ideal customer, that is going to move your business forward (and you in the process).
\nAnd when you help them win.<\/p>\n
… You win too.<\/p>\n
And when you can do this on demand.<\/p>\n
… The world is yours for the taking.<\/p>\n

(This is the secret formula, everyone is searching for. Take note).<\/p>\n

So let’s think about this for a second …<\/p>\n
Every minute, of every day, in just about every single niche (industry), someone is more than likely looking for what you’re selling.<\/p>\n
You just need to show up, at the right place, at the right time with the best offer.<\/p>\n
And even when people are not ready to buy ‘right now’ they can still be lead through a funnel or persuaded to eventually buy from you in 2-3 weeks.<\/p>\n
… Here are some real-life examples:<\/p>\n
1.) Someone’s always looking for a new accountant. (because many businesses financials are in a mess, even at the best of times).<\/p>\n
2.) Someone’s always looking for a plumber (every homeowner would have at least one thing a plumber could with right?).<\/p>\n
3.) Someone’s always looking for a new marketing person. (because every business on the planet, could always be marketed better: yes?).<\/p>\n
4.) Someone’s always worrying about something so a new psychologist or counselor could be in order?<\/p>\n
5.) Someone’s always looking for a physio (because most people are sore from something or other!).<\/p>\n
That’s just five examples, I could probably list hundreds.<\/p>\n

… But what do most business owners do, that supply those services?<\/p>\n
* They sit.<\/p>\n
* They wait.<\/p>\n
* They hope.<\/p>\n
… And nothing happens.<\/p>\n
Or they get lucky and whilst they are in the ‘barely surviving mode’ where the money comes in, money goes out, and it’s ‘let’s survive to next week’ – every… single… week…<\/p>\n
But they have no predictability as to the flow of customers they are are going to be dealing with.<\/p>\n
This is no way to live, and it’s no way to run your business.<\/p>\n
… And most are in this situation because their mindset goes a little something like this:<\/p>\n
“I’m just going to sit in facebook groups, waiting for someone to sing out “oh I need a new massage therapist”<\/p>\n
“I’m just going to go to network meetings and find customers.”<\/p>\n
“I’ll put some flyers and now I’ll see what happens”<\/p>\n
… #stop<\/p>\n

So what do we do?<\/p>\n
… Here are a few examples of things you can do to get your business rocketing:<\/p>\n
* Run Paid Ads (Google Adwords, SEO, Facebook).<\/p>\n
* Use Direct Mail (Sending things to businesses, that actually get noticed).<\/p>\n
* Start Pounding the Pavement. (Get out there and knock on doors).<\/p>\n
* Work on Partnerships (Working with partners that have over flow work).<\/p>\n
Take note: All of these things cost money and they cost time.<\/p>\n
… So if you want predictability and safety in your business, you’re going to have to spend time, and spend money.<\/p>\n
Running Ads costs money.<\/p>\n
Sending potential clients gifts costs money.<\/p>\n
Driving to clients costs money.<\/p>\n
Doing spec work costs money (spec work, is when you show your talents before they pay you).<\/p>\n

… So pull your wallet out and start investing in yourself, so you speed up the process of winning; faster.<\/p>\n
#2<\/p>\n
Time also costs money, but the unfortunate thing is, most people don’t value their time…<\/p>\n
And time isn’t something you’re going to get back either, so if you spend the next 2-3 years, sitting in facebook groups, waiting for customers to magically appear for you, your business is
\nnot going to go anywhere and you’ll be full of regrets.<\/p>\n
And think about it…<\/p>\n

…. Business and life are so similar.<\/p>\n
If you’re looking for the guy (or girl) of your dreams, you can’t just expect Mrs perfect to arrive into your life.<\/p>\n
(disclaimer: it happened to me recently, but for the purpose of this story, let’s assume you’re not all this lucky).<\/p>\n
1.) … You have to put yourself out there.<\/p>\n
2.) … You have to get to know them.<\/p>\n
3.) … You have to find one that’s good to you, and good for you. (and vice versa).<\/p>\n
4.) … You have to invest a lot mentally, physically, emotionally, and some what financially, into that and see where it goes.<\/p>\n
And the more; time, love, smiles, kindness, happiness, good vibes, you invest into that relationship, the more you will be rewarded for it and the more it will grow (for both of you).<\/p>\n
And your business is very similar.<\/p>\n
* Put your time into it.<\/p>\n
* Put your soul into it.<\/p>\n
* Put your energy into it.<\/p>\n
* Put your money into it.<\/p>\n

Go throw some money at some ads.<\/p>\n
Throw some money at some new tactics.<\/p>\n
Test that shit out and see what sticks.<\/p>\n
Double\/triple down on what works, and stop doing what doesn’t work.<\/p>\n
I guarantee you will be rewarded for it.<\/p>\n
